A Teacher’s Essentials

Over here in the Southern Hemisphere we are in the middle of winter.  According to news reports, this flu season has been pretty bad.  In NSW alone there have been more than 30,000 people affected, and sadly, multiple deaths.

As a parent and teacher, I know that schools and daycare’s are renowned for being places that spread the flu like wildfire.  The moment that cold change comes, classrooms are left half empty, or filled with kids coughing and spluttering over each other and teachers.  I thought I would share some essentials that I believe would be beneficial in every classroom in order to aid in overall wellness.

Whether you are a teacher yourself or want to give a practical gift to a teacher here are some ideas.

So believe in essential oils to help build our family immunity especially with kids coming home from school. Son started holidays with a sore throat and going through chemo I cannot get sick. Started strict rolling of oils on his feet and spine and every two hours and running two diffusers 24/7. Amazing as it stopped it going further. I react to anti nausea drugs so going through chemo the only thing helping with chemo side effects are my essential oils. Thanks for sharing.
